The Story
A local agency, built on local knowledge
Bondi & Co. opened in 2018 with one agent and a small office on Hall Street. Six years later we're a team of eight, selling and managing property across the eastern suburbs. We're still on Hall Street — just a bigger office.
We don't try to be the biggest agency in the eastern suburbs. We try to be the one that knows the area best. Mark has walked every street, Priya knows every building, and David knows every tenant by name.
Most of our business comes from referrals — vendors who sold with us, landlords who stayed with us, buyers who came back to sell. That's the part we're proudest of.

Mark Sullivan
Principal & Licensed Agent
Mark Sullivan has been selling property in Sydney's eastern suburbs for eighteen years. He started as a sales assistant in Paddington in 2007, got his licence in 2010, and opened Bondi & Co. in 2018. Mark has sold over 400 properties and knows the eastern suburbs block by block. He lives in Bondi with his family and is at the office most Saturdays.

Lucy supports Mark and Priya on campaigns — running inspections, managing contracts, and keeping vendors informed. She's working towards her full licence and should have it by mid-2025.
